Please note that our booking system won’t accept any cancellation or rescheduling requests that fall within 72hrs of the booking date.
For example, if you booked a reading on January 10th at 11am, you would need to reschedule or cancel before January 7th at 11am. After this point, our system won’t allow any changes.
This time limit allows our readers to manage and prepare for their appointments effectively and minimize any disruptions to their work.
However, we understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise, so if you need to cancel or reschedule on an urgent basis, just send an email to support@palminsights.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
No need to worry! If your internet connection drops during the reading, our readers will wait patiently for you to reconnect.
Once your connectivity is restored, the reading will continue where it left off.
In the unlikely event that you’re unable to reconnect in a timely manner, we’ll do our best to reschedule your reading based on availability.
